We have a 30-day return policy. Please note you will have to pay the postage to return the complete item(s) to us in its original packaging, UNWORN and UNWASHED so it is received in like-new condition, with all accessories, kit components, promotional items and instruction manuals included. For your protection, item(s) must be returned shipping prepaid, insured for the full value and safely wrapped to prevent shipping damage. The cost of replacing damaged items will be deducted from the refund. "Damage" is defined as including both functional and cosmetic.

Any item(s) that have been used by the customer or item(s) that have been damaged by use cannot be returned to us. We also cannot accept returns on orders where a promotional item has not been returned with the order. These ‘extras’ must be included with your return to qualify for a refund.

When repacking an item for return, please be sure to include all the free and promotional items that came with your order as well as all applicable accessories and literature. Generally, as a “rule-of-thumb" you should return the item(s) to us the same way we sent them to you - in the same condition and with all the original contents. If a promotional item is missing, its value will be added to the original price you paid for the order, thus reducing the amount of the refund, if such is issued.

Helmets will not be exchanged once they have left the premises. A motorcycle helmet is an item of personal safety equipment. It is our policy that we will not under any circumstances accept for return or exchange unless faulty, on the grounds of health and safety. If a company takes returns on helmets for exchange of size, how can you be 100% sure of the integrity of the returned helmet. Please be sure of your size when ordering, please call if you need any assistance or help when taking your measurement.

Important Postage Notice

Whilst every effort will be made to supply the correct size, please be sure of the size when ordering. Please note that many of our clothing are in European sizes which are a smaller fittings to UK sizes. Postage costs will not be paid by Moto Strada when returning an item due to general dissatisfaction or purchaser regret.

Exchanges

We will exchange items purchased through our internet web site within 30 days of purchase. The item(s) must be returned in new, unused, unwashed condition, with the original box, packaging, all manuals and accessories where applicable. Full credit for original item(s), minus original shipping fees will be applied to other merchandise. Customer pays for shipping & handling charges.

Refund / Return
